The right choice depends on bottle weight, tolerance, presentation and sustainability target. Compare paperboard, molded pulp and foam on a physical sample. Retention, surface contact and local recycling compatibility depend on the selected construction.

What to approve in a sample
Check bottle movement, cap clearance, removal force and scuffing on the actual decorated bottle. Agree shipping tests for the intended distribution route.
