What is this packaging designed for?
This fold-flat magnetic box is a candidate for a skincare set combining a wide cream jar with a taller serum bottle. Separate insert positions let the two containers be presented together, but their support heights need not be identical. Establish the closed-box clearance from the taller filled container with its cap or pump fitted, then review how the shorter jar is supported and removed. The empty shell folds flat; the filled set does not.
When should you choose it or compare alternatives?
Consider this structure when empty-box storage or delivery volume matters and the packing site can assemble the corners and install the insert consistently. Compare a permanently assembled rigid box when packing speed or avoiding assembly variation is more important. Ask for two complete packing layouts: flat shells plus separately packed inserts, and assembled boxes with inserts fitted. Compare carton dimensions, units per carton and assembly work before claiming a freight saving; a bulky insert can reduce the benefit of a flat shell.
What should you confirm before sampling?
Provide the filled jar and bottle dimensions, weights, closures and intended orientation. On the physical sample, check that support acts on suitable container surfaces rather than loading a pump or dropper; fingers must be able to remove each item without disturbing the other. Close the lid with both products fitted and inspect lid clearance, magnetic alignment and corner stability. Review whether the corner fixing is single-assembly or suitable for repeated folding. Test the complete parcel pack separately: a presentation insert alone does not establish transit protection.
