What is this packaging designed for?
A rigid sleeve and sliding tray organize four sealed coffee pouches into a tasting set. The gloss-printed wrap creates a bright presentation; the paper box does not replace the coffee pouch barrier.
When should you choose it or compare alternatives?
Choose a drawer for a gradual reveal and separate tasting positions. If empty-pack shipping volume is the priority, compare a folding carton. Measure the actual sealed pouch rather than using its nominal fill weight as a size.
What should you confirm before sampling?
Include pouch seams and any valve in measurements. Check tray movement with all four pouches loaded, removal access and the pull attachment. Confirm whether tasting cards sit above the products or in a separate pocket.

- Check sleeve internal clearance against the finished tray, full travel and pull-tab attachment. Test with the actual product loaded.
- Confirm finished internal dimensions, finished external dimensions and the product maximum envelope separately. Insert cavities need removal access; images do not establish tolerances, board thickness or transit performance.
- Specify whether contents have separate sealed primary packaging. For direct contact, review contact materials and applicable evidence for the destination market; an outer box image does not establish food-contact suitability.
Confirm product clearances, insert removal, lid fit and the complete transit pack. Intended for separately sealed foods; direct contact needs a separately specified compliant liner and documentation. Review opening, structural fit, product removal and actual surface appearance. Transit protection depends on the product and the complete shipping pack.
