Sample review priorities
- Check tray stacking support, access to the lower layer and lift-tab attachment. Loaded trays must be removable without disturbing the other layer.
- Confirm finished internal dimensions, finished external dimensions and the product maximum envelope separately. Insert cavities need removal access; images do not establish tolerances, board thickness or transit performance.
Confirm product clearances, insert removal, lid fit and the complete transit pack. Review opening, structural fit, product removal and actual surface appearance. Transit protection depends on the product and the complete shipping pack.
