- Check thin-board tray creases, sleeve clearance and loaded sliding; this is folded paperboard, not wrapped greyboard.
- Confirm finished internal dimensions, finished external dimensions and the product maximum envelope separately. Insert cavities need removal access; images do not establish tolerances, board thickness or transit performance.
- Specify whether contents have separate sealed primary packaging. For direct contact, review contact materials and applicable evidence for the destination market; an outer box image does not establish food-contact suitability.
Confirm product dimensions, closure, crease quality and loaded handling with a physical sample. Review opening, structural fit, product removal and actual surface appearance. Transit protection depends on the product and the complete shipping pack.
